The exhibition "Lithuania. With love. Graphics by Odeta Tumyenaite Brazheneye and Adele Brazhenaite Hanciere" opened at the Lviv Museum of the History of Religion on May 18.

Lithuanian artists Odeta Tumenaite-Brazeniene and Adele Brazenaite-Ganciere donated 80 graphic works to the Lviv Museum of the History of Religion as a sign of support for Ukraine and solidarity with the Ukrainian people, who are courageously fighting for their freedom against terrorist Russia.

Odeta Tumenaite-Brazeniene was born on June 10, 1964, in the Village of Kelezeriai, Rokiskis District. She graduated from Vilnius Pedagogical University with a specialty in teaching the Lithuanian language and literature. Since 1984, she has been a member of the Union of People's Artists of Lithuania. She creates copperplates, linocuts, woodcuts, and decorated Easter eggs with wax or scratch. She participated in regional, national, and international group exhibitions. Her personal exhibitions were held in galleries in Europe, China, and the USA. She illustrated more than ten books, and her works were purchased not only by Lithuanian but also foreign museums. In addition to her creative pursuits, she actively participated in educational activities, teaching her skills at various lectures and master classes in Lithuania, Poland, Ukraine, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, and the USA.

Adele Brazenaite-Ganciere was born in 1999 in the Lithuanian city of Utena. In 2021, she graduated from the Vilnius College of Design, majoring in "Graphic Communications and Design". She creates woodcuts and linocuts, Easter eggs. She is a laureate of international competitions, awarded with diplomas and prizes. Adele Braženinė has been a member of the Union of Folk Craftsmen of Lithuania since 2018.
